This classic breakfast scramble has tons of veggies and packed full of protein. Easy to make and yummy in the tummy! Try this breakfast bowl out, it’s delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped asparagus
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup fat free egg liquid substitute
- 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat up a skillet to medium/high heat. Spray with non stick cooking spray and add in veggies. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until veggies are softened. Add egg whites and laughing cow cheese wedge. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. Place in a bowl and Enjoy!
