Veggie-egg Breakfast Bowl: 230 Calories, 33g Protein

This classic breakfast scramble has tons of veggies and packed full of protein. Easy to make and yummy in the tummy! Try this breakfast bowl out, it’s delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped asparagus
  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fat free egg liquid substitute
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat up a skillet to medium/high heat.  Spray with non stick cooking spray and add in veggies. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until veggies are softened.  Add egg whites and laughing cow cheese wedge. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.  Place in a bowl and Enjoy!

Serving Size: 1 serving(whole recipe) 230 Calories, 15g Carbs(5g sugar), 33g Protein, 2.5g fat, 5g fiber
