Soft Serve Ice Cream or Chicken Nuggets?

No this isn’t soft serve ice cream, it’s mechanically separated chicken.  A form of food processing where the whole chicken is used, eyeballs, bones, ligaments and all. The chickens are ground up into a paste substance, washed with ammonia, artificially flavored and then artificially colored.   This process is used by many food companies, including McDonalds and their Chicken McNuggets(photo below).   Is this how you would want your food prepared?

Here’s the thing! we have no idea what actually goes into our foods.  I suggest limiting your fast food consumption and opt for more healthy fresh foods.  Eat Fresh!
