Morning Drink: take this first thing in the morning before anything else!
cranberry drink:
- 8 oz cold water
- 2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 lemon
Breakfast: 15-30 minutes after your morning drink (choose one of the following)
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese with 1Tbs of flax seed oil and 1/2 cup berries(blue, black or strawberry)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt with pecans, 1Tbs of flax seed oil and 1/2 cup berries (blue, black or strawberry)
Mid-Morning Snack: (choose one)
- whole apple
- 12 almonds
- 12 pecans
- grapefruit
- celery with 2 Tbs natural peanut butter
- cut veggies
Lunch: (choose one)
- 1 cup of cut broccoli with humus
- cut veggies with guacamole
- salad with onions, cabbage, broccoli sprouts, peppers, oil & vineger
- steamed spinach with pine nuts
- cucumbers with oil and apple cider vineger
Mid-Afternoon snack: (choose on of the mid-morning snacks)
Evening Drink: cranberry drink
Dinner: (choose one)
- chickpeas, romaine lettuce, black olives, oil & vineger salad
- salad with onions, cabbage, broccoli sprouts, peppers, oil & vineger
- baby spinach, broccoli sprouts, cut celery, beets(raw) salad
- sauteed cauliflower with yellow onions
- sauteed yellow and green squash with onions
- fried eggplant (olive oil)
- black eyed peas, kidney beans, bell pepper, onion, parsley
- steamed spinach, peas, ginger root, lentils, lime juice
- pinto beans, tomatoes, avocado, olives, red cabbage
- sauteed mushrooms with onions
- low fat cheese melted over broccoli
Evening Snack: (choose one of the mid-morning snacks)
