Ham & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

230 Calorie Breakfast Sandwich

Add this yummy ham and cheese breakfast sandwich to your morning and get a great start to the day.  230 calories, 26 grams protein, 25grams carbs, 6 grams fat, 8 grams fiber.

Turn your skillet to medium heat, crack the egg(s), Cook for 1 minute flip, cook another minute. Place the muffin in a toaster. Warm up ham on skillet for 30 sec each side. Put contents together and enjoy!

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice lean, low sodium ham
  • 1 Thomas Light whole grain english muffin
  • 1 slice low or reduced fat cheese
  • 2 egg whites or 1 egg
