Curb your Hunger with Healthy Snacks

Why are you going 5,6 even 8 hours with out eating?! If you looking to gain extra energy, burn belly fat and not eat the whole dinner table when you get home from work! You have to motivate your metabolism and eat snacks between meals. Here is a list of snacks. Eat em’ Already :)

 

  1. 15 almonds
  2. 12 baby carrots with 1 tbsp peanut butter
  3. 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  4. 1 Yoplait strawberry non-fat yogurt
  5. 2 light Sargento string cheese
  6. 1 medium orange (or any fruit)
  7. anything 100 calories
  8. 1 hard boiled egg
  9. 2 turkey Slices & some(5) triscuits
  10. protein shake
