A Protein packed meatloaf that will promote muscle recovery and growth!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread (crumbed)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/8 cup low fat parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat up a skillet to medium heat and cook onions with olive oil until soft. Mix all other ingredients into a large bowl and add the cooked onions. Place mixture into a baking dish and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
