Turkey Meatloaf

A Protein packed meatloaf that will promote muscle recovery and growth!

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat bread (crumbed)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/8 cup low fat parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat up a skillet to medium heat and cook onions with olive oil until soft.  Mix all other ingredients into a large bowl and add the cooked onions. Place mixture into a baking dish and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
