Prone Position (pronated, pronation)

Prone (pronated, pronation) Turning face down or palm-down.  An example exercise of being in the prone position is the 4 point pushup.

4 point Push-up: This dynamic exercise challenges balance and core strength. Begin in a raised push-up position.  Raise opposite leg and arm, pause and return. Repeat for opposite sides. Try 3 sets of 20 repetitions. TIP: make sure to keep your back flat and not to raise the hips above shoulders.
